Master Gu is an artless farmer, but he has great weaving skills. As a teenager, master Gu, started to learn weaving skills from his father. Through years of practice, he has his own experiences about weaving skills and makes handicrafts greatly. From simple bamboo baskets, straw mat, to intricate and exquisite rattan-woven crafts, he explores and tempers himself continuously with a pair of hand-working hands and a persistent heart, making his weaving skills more and more exquisite, and his woven works more and more exquisite.

Moreover, master Gu is also good at making practicable and artistic woven works, who combines traditional weaving skills with modern design concepts. Therefore, more and more people love his works.

In our team, weavers are from different backgrounds, but they all have the same dream. Every woven works all be showed perfectly, which is the best evidence of their love to hand-woven skills. Moreover, they often communicate and learn each other, and overcome difficulties of skills together, to make each works show the best quality,and each order high quality and finish on time. Not only that, our team also participate in community activities and handicraft inheritance work positively, hold weaving workshop termly, and show weaving skills to people, especially the young generation, to foster new people for woven industry and let more people know and love hand-woven, which is a kind of old and great skill.

We also recruit old people and women left behind, who work there, making them have some incomes in their spare time. Through this way to improve life environment, this way not only promote development of local economy ,and improve farmers' incomes, but also contribute our own power to rural revitalization.
