Our products' crafts are exquisite, and are woven closely. In the making processes, we consider products' durability fully. Moreover, through suitable weaving structures and appropriate handles, our products are not be changed shapes easily with common use. At the same time, these products can support much pressure of common use,are very durable and strong , and don' t be damaged easily.

In the making processes, our craftsmen will use professional measurements, and weave these products strictly according to design patterns to make each product conform to marking requests. Because of characteristics of hand-woven, these sizes may have slight errors, but these errors may be controlled in a minimum range, which don' t influence your uses heavily. If you have strict demands about baskets' sizes, you can communicate with us before ordering, and we try our best to meet your needs.

Products’ prices mainly be calculated according to your products’ patterns, crafts’ complexity levels, order quantities and other factors. Welcome to contact with us, we will give you specific quotation.

For customers of buying in bulk, we give certain preferential policies. Specific preferential policies will be made according to your order quantities and species of products. Welcome to contact with us, we will offer you the most preferential prices' plans.

Production periods may be different according to these products’ complexity and order quantities. In general, for samples, our delivery time is about 7 days; for producing in bulk, our delivery time may be about 20-30 days after receiving your deposit. If our delivery time doesn’t accord with your deadline, please discuss your demands with us when selling products. Moreover, in the production processes, we also communicate with you in time to make you know situations of producing products.

We use appropriate packaging ways according to products’ characteristics and demands of delivery. Generally, we may use paper carton packaging, put buffer materials inside to make products be not damaged in the process of delivering.

Transportation costs may be calculated according to your transportation ways, destination, weight of goods , volumes and other factors. Moreover, we can communicate with you to choose your most suitable transportation ways, and provide you accurate quotation of transportation costs.
