This real factory video shows the complete manufacturing process of handmade willow wicker baskets in our local production workshop. Every functional storage basket, decorative display basket and outdoor picnic basket is made step by step by our experienced weaving artisans. We select premium natural willow branches, pure cotton rope and eco-friendly PE rattan raw materials, and conduct strict softening, anti-mold and anti-drying treatments before weaving. All products are finished through precise hand weaving, edge trimming, shape fixing and multi-round quality inspection, no machine mass production shortcuts. With years of export manufacturing experience, our factory strictly controls product density, flatness and load-bearing capacity to avoid common problems like deformation, cracking and mildew.
