Based on the actual usage scenarios of the guesthouse, Ms. Amy proposed three categories of procurement requirements:
Guest Room Storage Baskets (20):
These must be compatible with guest room wardrobes and used to store guests' changes of clothes. They must be made of breathable, odorless material with smooth edges to prevent snagging.
Public Area Decorative Trays (10):
Placed next to the lobby tea table, these trays are used to store tea sets and tea canisters. They must have sufficient load-bearing capacity, an elegant appearance, and serve as decorative items.
Terrace Decorative Baskets (16):
Hanging from the terrace railings, these baskets are used to display small green plants (such as succulents and mint). They must be lightweight, waterproof, and able to withstand outdoor wind and sun.
In response to Ms. Amy's feedback, we quickly adjusted our plan:
Inner Lining Color Optimization: We changed the cotton-linen lining of the guest room baskets from off-white to dark brown, maintaining a natural texture while being more durable and easy to clean. We also added concealed zippers along the lining edges for easy disassembly and washing.
Terrace Basket Reinforcement Design: Adjustable metal hooks were added to both sides of the baskets to accommodate different railing thicknesses. The hooks are wrapped in rattan to prevent scratching the railings. A load-bearing plate was added to the bottom of the basket to prevent plant pots from tilting.
Mass Production and Delivery Guarantee: Considering the guesthouse needed to complete the upgrades before the peak season, we coordinated with the production line to prioritize this batch of orders and arranged for a professional logistics company to deliver door-to-door, minimizing logistical delays that could affect the guesthouse's operation.
After receiving the products, Ms. Amy took photos of the actual rooms and public areas: "The baskets in the guest rooms fit perfectly in the closets, and guests said they were very convenient for storage; the rattan baskets in the lobby with tea sets look great in photos, and many guests asked where I bought them."
