The story began with a chance encounter on social media. A Dubai customer, browsing social media, was captivated by a handwoven basket we featured. The natural, rustic texture of the rattan weave, along with its practical yet aesthetically pleasing design, perfectly matched their need for a fruit bowl-style basket. Subsequently, the client proactively contacted us through social media to express their purchasing intentions.
After understanding the customer's needs, we immediately sorted out a variety of rattan fruit baskets in stock, and displayed the product details in detail through pictures, videos, etc., so that customers far away in Dubai can clearly understand the size, craftsmanship and style of each basket. After careful selection, the customer fell in love with a stylish, minimalist model.
